- improve a specific aspect of their game (for example, programme to improve smash power, to improve reach in the court, improve backhand clear technique etc.)
- create clear structure for their training (for example, integrate a relevant warm up and cool down sections to improve mobility and stability*) .
- ensure that they are not missing an opportunity for development or avoid injuries (for example, injuries can be avoided by implementing injury prevention elements within the programme itself, instead of a separated programme).
How does it work?
A programme is generally based on a particular profile. For example, a smash technique profile will be needed before a development program can be provided. Once the profile is completed, we will build the program and email it to you.
